5 more seasons of Idol??
I read an article that Paula had been signed for three more years with the show, ensuring that there would be at least three more seasons. The article also said that Fox has the show scheduled in for 5 more seasons after this. This would mean there would be a total of 10 American Idols once the show finished. Ok, to me this is way too much idol! I think two more seasons would be good, and that's pushing it. Five more, are you kidding me?

I'm a little surprised American Idol has lasted this long. I thought it would've lost popularity by the fifth season. Boy, was I wrong or what? :shock: In related news, FOX has signed on Keifer Sutherland for another three seasons of 24. Woo hoo! :grin:
